Excellent product, no complaints
Drives function excellently and have had no issues since owning them for almost a year now. The noise is noticable but if you have any case fans or rack fans, they are likely louder. I had no issues with any storage capacity issues nor any fitment issues.

Amazing drive!
Swapped this in to replace my WD 4TB Red, and man. This is faster (of course 7200rpm vs 5200rpm), and quieter surprisingly. Copying the same data to both drives in a noise test, I could barely hear this drive where at the WD was pretty noisy and clicking louder. Runs cooler than my Seagate 8TB firecuda HDD (games only) but not sure why. But in other words, as a NAS drive, this is an amazing buy. Got mine for 199$, so for that price 14TB is a steal!

A review of the Exos 14tb and of Amazon's return process
This 14 tb Seagate Exos was reasonably priced and available overnight. I ordered one to add space to one of my Unraid servers. It arrived the next day but was dead. Tried on 3 different computers and none of them recognized it. So I filed for a return with Amazon and dropped it off at my local Staples that handles Amazon returns. Over the years I have bought a lot of hard drives from Amazon and other places and this was the first DOA. Figuring the odds of another DOA were very small I placed another order for the same Seagate Exos 14 tb model. It arrived the next day and is up and running with no problems. Exos drives are designed as Enterprise level drives with great performance and a long MTBF. So far none of the Exos drives I've purchased over the years have given any problems other than this one DOA. Hard Disk Sentinel tests rate it as excellent for both performance and health. Amazon issued a credit to my card shortly after I dropped off the first drive. The entire return process was quite quick and convenient.

Noisy Good Drive
The drive is good and the price is right. It has enough storage to fit my pictures and home videos. The only complain I have is that is is very noisy.

Seem to be decent NAS drives, just too many DOA when ordered.
Ordered several of these for a NAS. Seem to be working well. Only issue is that I received a few different ones that were DOA and had to be RMA replaced. There were too many that I received that were DOA and getting them replaced was a little time consuming.

Decent Value, A Bit Noisy
Having not upgraded my storage for at least 10 years, it's hilarious to see entire drives' worth of data fitting onto one single drive with so much more room to spare. These drives are a bit louder when in use compared to the older, slower drives I've replaced, but that's fine.

It makes less noise than my fans.
Very good purchase I only needed 4TB and I have 12TB usable. Manufacturing date a few months ago, I didn't expect it to be so new. It is fast and the start may be the only noisy thing, the rest is silent. I recommend the seller QuickDealStore. Double box (original) + amazon. International delivery. I updated the firmware following the manufacturer's instructions, everything went well.
