Good
Tastes good for protein powder.

I’ve been using Isopure Zero Carb Whey Isolate Protein Powder (Vanilla flavor) for my keto and PSMF (protein-sparing modified fast) diet, and I’m impressed with it overall! The vanilla flavor is mild and not overpowering, which makes it easy to incorporate into various shakes or recipes. I love that it’s zero-carb, lactose-free, and gluten-free perfect for anyone on a strict low-carb or high-protein diet. The 25g of protein per serving is great for muscle recovery, and it’s packed with vitamins, making it a solid choice for anyone looking to support their fitness goals while keeping carbs to a minimum. It also mixes well and has a smooth texture, which is a huge plus when you’re drinking it daily. The only minor issue I’ve noticed is that towards the end of the shake, the taste becomes slightly salty if you don’t continue stirring or shaking as you drink. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. If you keep mixing it well, though, this isn’t much of a problem. Overall, I’d recommend this protein powder, especially if you’re following a keto or PSMF plan. The protein quality and minimal carbs make it a top choice in my routine!

Isopure Zero Carb Whey Isolate has been a solid protein option for me. I like that it’s lactose free and gluten free, which makes it much easier on my stomach compared to other protein powders. It mixes smoothly with water or almond milk and doesn’t leave a gritty texture. The protein content is high without added sugar or carbs, which is a big plus. It’s also convenient that it includes added vitamins, so it feels like more than just a protein supplement. The flavor is clean and not overly sweet, though some flavors are better than others. The only downside is the priceit, ’s a bit more expensive than standard whey and the taste can be slightly thin since it’s an isolate. Overall, it’s a great option if you want a clean, easy-to-digest protein without extra fillers.

Let me be upfront — I am NOT a fan of protein powders. Most of them taste terrible, no matter what the reviews say. But this one? Believe the hype. I chose this powder because it has zero carbs, and since I’m on a strict keto diet determined to shed some pounds. Zero carbs made it worth trying — even if it ended up tasting crappy. I figured I’d just find a way to chug it down for the sake of the macros. I ordered the creamy vanilla flavor because it gives me flexibility — I can add low-carb berries, cocoa, or anything else I want. For my first try, I didn’t use any nut milk or low carb liquid option. Just crushed ice, water, one scoop of powder, a teaspoon of instant coffee, a tablespoon of cocoa powder, and stevia (adjust sweetness to taste). I blended it all in my NutriBullet. And honestly? I’m floored. I only ordered the 1-pound container to play it safe, but I absolutely should’ve gone for the 3-pound one. I definitely will next time. No weird aftertaste. Blends perfectly. Tastes amazing. I’m genuinely surprised — and impressed. My only hope is that the manufacturer doesn’t change the formula, because it’s really that good.

Great flavor for being vanilla. I typically go for chocolate flavors, but wanted something else. Smooth and not gritty. Mixes well with fruit or powder peanut butter in a blender. Bought a second bag immediately. It doesn’t give me stomach issues at all.

No fillers, easy to blend with whatever. Perfect way to add extra protein to my smoothies. Sometimes I just mix it with ice, fruit, and water, other times I might add almond milk, ice, and some instant coffee, done Matcha smoothies with it. A lot of stuff upset my stomach and this does not. I’ve bought it consistently and it’s my favorite.
