Know your system and make budget friendly choices to prolong longevity.
Been struggling for a while with the idea of updating my PC, sadly current costs for full update isn't possible. After a long while figured to do a few minor, but key upgrades, one of which was to double RAM. 16GB isn't a lot by today's hungry apps, but is plenty for the few games I play (insane catalog of Steam and Epic games). Doesn't feel like a brand new PC, but the upgrades I did are noticeable, RAM being one of those premium feel upgrades since programs are so poorly optimized recently.Long story short, if you can upgrade your RAM do it, especially if you find budget friendly pricing

Easiest performance upgrade, I should have installed these a long time ago.The blue color is a nice touch to my pc build.

Purchased this RAM to upgrade my very old budget pc. What it had before was 3x4GB sticks, the super basic kind with no shell. So needless to say putting 4x8GB sticks with nice blue shells on them was a solid upgrade.Was simple plug n play with my Hewlett-Packard 1495 motherboard. I just did the sticks one at a time to be sure I knew where I ran into any problems. After getting them all in and rebooting 1 more time I was able to finally see the improvements. Minecraft was running faster as where other programs when I had multiple up and running.This is DDR3 so be warned this isn't going to be the best for new games and really is just a way to breathe a little bit more life into an old desktop for cheap. And cheap it was, at $50 for the whole 32GB I was very satisfied with the upgrade
