Very good for blocking UV. Good quality and light on the face. The red tint is quite dark and eyes take a while to adjust but I highly recommend these.

The Glasses came in a classy hard case with yet another soft case,glasses necklace and good cleaning cloth,the glasses themselves are of very high quality,very good hinges and very comfortable,I’m chuffed with them,First night wearing them I slept very well

Nice lenses, flimsy build
Really loved these for the first 2 weeks I was able to use them - lenses are great, good colour and effective at blocking blue light etc. Biggest downfall is the build quality - fell apart on me after 2 weeks of use and unfixable - arm fell off and not able to reattach.

Very Effective
These are fantastic for helping you sleep. Apart from letting you look like the “neighbour in the neckbrace” from scandi TV series “Beck” (which is obviously important in itself!), if worn in the evening they let you watch TV and use computers without it stopping you getting to sleep. I also find wearing them during the day while on the computer makes your eyes feel less strained.

Biohacking essential
Good quality, elegant style and solid performance as blue blockers. I wear them every evening after sunset and they help set my circadian rhythm so thay getting to sleep is easy. This is crucial as I wake at 4am to get work done before my kids wake up. Using these glasses in the evening I don't feel groggy at all in the morning as my body has had enough rest. Cannot recommend blocking bluelight enough - if you can it is obviously best to avoid screens in the evening but these make it a lot better when that cannot be avoided.

Muy buena calidad. ¡Me encantan! Me las puse al anochecer y dormí como un bebé. Vienen con funda rígida, funda de tela, cuerda para colgarlas y paño de limpieza. También las uso al trabajar con el ordenador. Al principio parece que ves menos, pero al quitártelas notas lo mucho que protegen la vista frente a la luz azul.

In einem Buch zum Thema Biohacking wurde ich auf die Blaulicht Brille / Blueblocker Brille aufmerksam. Ziel: am Abend besser entspannen, müde werden, leichter einschlafen und Verbesserung der Schlafqualität. Wer besonders cool sein möchte und die Brille tagsüber für besseren Schlaf nützen möchte .... sieht eventuell modisch aus, bringt aber nichts. Diese Brille ist ein gutes Einsteiger Modell. Ideal zum Testen! Bringt es nun etwas?? Ja, es hat sicher Wirkung! Das Umfeld reagiert vielleicht etwas lustig! Wer noch mit der Brille vor dem TV sitzt, wird sich an ein seltsames Farbschema gewöhnen müssen. Wird man schneller müde? Ja, funktioniert. Einschlafen: Toll, jedoch sollte die Schlafdauer natürlich auch lang genug sein.
