I never had a bad experience with pimple patches. This works like all the rest I've used where it sucks up the gunk overtime and speeds up the healing time. However these are large patches so it's great for clusters of acne and they're super sticky so you can very easily wear them overnight. If you want to wear them during the day, good news!! They're practically invisible when you put them on! The only way I could really tell it was on was on was because it reflected more light than the rest of my skin. My only complaint about the product was that it was a bit difficult to take off since it was super sticky around the edges

I use pimple patches really often (the single pimple covers) and I LOVE this product. It’s large enough to cover a group of pimples and it blends into my skin tone really well (I have light skin). It’s really comfortable and sticks on well so I use it overnight. Bc it’s larger than regular pimple patches it’s useful for breakouts of multiple pimples. Would recommend and buy again.

Used this for the first time and when I tried to take it off the next day, it ripped my skin off. Seriously, it tore the skin off in several places, and I was bleeding and in pain. Now I’m having to treat the wound and am afraid I’ll have permanent scarring. It’ll take several months to look normal, if it ever does. Do not use these.

These are good patches the do work . They are really sticky so they ain't falling off . Best if you have to wear for a long period or over night because they are so stinky that they kind of hurt to peel off . They also leave a stinky residue which is a con for me .
