Worked right out of the box, but installing the software really unlocks more features and customization. The auto light correction works well even in rooms that aren’t fully lit, and the auto-framing/tracking keeps me centered without needing adjustments, which makes it very user-friendly. The microphone is decent for everyday use, and the video quality is very sharp for a 1080p webcam. Overall, it’s easy to set up, reliable, and highly recommended.

Great product straight out of the box. I was unsure as to whether or not it would be compatible with my work laptop since they won't allow downloading 3rd party software, but even without it, this webcam performed well for my Teams call. I decided to not download the software for my gaming laptop at home either since it's already great on its own, though I might play with it at a later time. Fantastic at adjusting for low lights when working from home. I've been a long time user of Logitech products since I was in high school; was very happy to add this to my collection in addition to my Logitech G products. Would highly recommend.

Camera works well, software easy to use. Links well with Microsoft teams.

As soon as I started using this camera for video calls, I began getting a lot of compliments on how clear the picture is. I’m very happy with that. I also like the built-in privacy screen that covers the lens. The connector between the camera and the computer monitor was where the design disappointed me. The camera has a tripod screw jack that attaches to the supplied connector piece. The connector sits on top of the computer monitor very well. It has a sticky part that presses against the back of the monitor, while the main part sits on top of it. The connector keeps everything in place nicely. And the sticky part unsticks easily, allowing the connector stand to be moved to a different part of the monitor repeatedly. That’s great. The problem is that I moved the camera and the connector one too many times, and the connector’s front lip broke off. The lip touches the front of the monitor when the camera is on top. Because the parts that broke were so thin, I wasn't able to reattach them (i.e., glue them back together). I'm not sure if this is a design flaw or if I was too "rough" with the connector, but either way, I don't think it should have broken off. I ended up buying another 3rd-party connector that connects to the tripod thread on the camera, and it works well. I definitely recommend this camera for its quality, but just be extra careful handling it.

Clear image, successful at light adjustments. Much better than my old Logitech.
