Organic Prenatal Multi

I love Mama Natural / Genevieve Howland! She is awesome! I have her Week by Week Guide to Pregnancy and Childbirth book, and it's amazing as well! It's so worth purchasing! I also use her collagen. It's flavor is great (no flavor, lol), and the variety of collagen from different sources is so great and unique! I already knew I could trust her prenatal! I'm not pregnant yet, so I'm just taking the prenatal to prepare. I can't vouch for it during morning sickness yet. It is dark brown and smells a bit like vitamins. I don't burp it up at all, so that's nice. It's not as slippery as other vitamins, but still goes down easy. I like that it's food based and the amounts of everything are really good in my opinion. I also take a slew of Dr. Berg vitamins as well. I also bought Dr. Berg's prenatal as well (it is in capsule form), and like his also, but I basically only take Mama Natural's at the moment. I would definitely recommend anything from Mama Natural! Thank you Genevieve! You're Amazing!

Great ingredients. Not the best smell, but they don’t taste bad. Easy to swallow in my opinion.

Very good multi vitamin without iron for those that have trouble with added iron. No stomach upset. Good value for a whole food vitamin

I’ve tried multiple types of prenatals over the past few years and this one’s ingredients and absorption have been the best. I always take it with milk because it makes it easier to swallow.

I really like this prenatal. I like the clean ingredient list and that it is a 1 a day pill rather than the multi that is popular lately. However, it used to come in a glass bottle but now it’s plastic and honestly it’s a serious turnoff. I really think they should consider changing it back to glass.

I really like this prenatal, I’ve tried 3 different companies and this is the only one that doesn’t make me sick.

My favorite prenatal! I have difficulty swallowing lots of pills at one time, so having a crucial vitamin in one go is excellent. It also did wonders for my hair and nails
