this really is great, it actually cracked my back too. but I have too much damage to my back to get comfortable. it is solid, no give at all. but if you suffer occasionally, this is great!

Too big for someone petite, like me
I'm 5'2" and this thing was just too big for me. It covered my entire back, not providing any relief since I needed it in my arch area of my back.I'd recommend anyone that get this be somewhat taller - maybe 5'8" or taller.
