It does not dissolve watercolor work of art but it is not checked by. time yet. So, let's see.
It is supposedly archival quality. And suitable for... water-color (not only for acrylic). It did not delute watercolor at least, when I covered it. But one should be very conscious to use it because it is a relatively new varnish that was not "examined" by time.
