Modway Render Double Bathroom Vanity in Walnut White

UPDATE: Customer service was friendly and quick to send out the replacement top. It showed up with no damage and looks great. I like the vanity, its not too difficult to assemble, but the top came broken. I have contacted the seller to see if they will send a replacement and will update this review at a later time.

The vanity itself is beautiful. It took my handyman just 2 hours to assemble. The sink arrived cracked and I had difficulty returning the sink top because the Seller is NOT the Manufacturer. The Seller was very responsive in helping me get resolution. Also, some of the screws were missing from the hardware package. Please INSPECT that you have all the hardware BEFORE you begin assembling. Please check to see if porcelain sink is in good condition as it could get cracked in the shipping. Had I opened the sink box first I would have NOT assembled the wood portion of the vanity and returned the whole unit back. But since I had already paid the handyman and he had assembled the vanity, when the sink topper was cracked I had no choice but to try to file a claim for an exchange of the topper only. As far as the Seller, they communicated well and often which I definitely appreciated.

We had been eyeing this piece for quite some time. Really didn’t want to have to build out vanity but took the chance. It arrived in 3 boxes. Very well packaged. None of the pieces were broken nOr damaged. At first it was challenging to build because some of the pieces were mislabeled. Luckily we were able to figure it out and at the end we were lucky to have assumed properly. Built it in a few hours. Has not been installed yet and not sure of durability. Can tell it’s def particle board. Not sure how well or long it will last with my boys who love to wet everything they can in the bathroom but I’m hoping for the best. Wish me luck! Will update review once all has been installed. Definitely pretty and hope vanity top and plumbing work out!

I purchased this vanity for a fix and flip. I'm doing. As a contractor, we need to have our items on site as early as possible to be able to plan for plumbing and make sure that the items are there. I ordered this and experienced some construction setbacks and when I opened the vanity top box, the vanity was broken in half. The vanity itself looks fine and is kind of a pain to build. It's not real Walnut. If you are thinking you're getting a real Walnut product, it's actually just veneer over mdr and particleboard. Obviously for the price that is to be expected, but what was unexpected was that they would not send me a replacement top and now I'm stuck purchasing another top at no fault of my own. They say they can do nothing about their policies, so beware being need to open this product immediately To inspect for damage, as other reviewers have also stated that the vanity top came in broken

When assembled, after hard work, it looked great. Would recommend, very stylish.
