Picked this meal replacement product due to the macros to fuel me up after my workouts as I find it difficult to eat a good meal afterwards. Enjoying the vanilla flavour. Got this on subscription so the price is good also. Very impressed.

Seems expensive but it's not considering less grocery shopping and food wasting dish washing. I make 3 flavors. 1 withfrozen strawberries, 1 with frozen blueberries, and 1 with PB powder and cinnamon. Easy quick high nutrition meals for the working man. Fills me up for hours. No observed drawbacks to date. Mini ninja blender required

Honestly, I can't be sure that the product contains any of the ingredients that it says it does because is short several servings per bag. This product is inferior and you are not getting what you pay for.

Macros are good and it kept me full and never bothered my stomach, but the taste is awful. I eat everything, my friends call me a garbage disposal. I dreaded every time I used this powder, and even ended up throwing the last bit away because I couldn't do it anymore. Taste and texture combo was awful, and yes I followed mixing directions and tried water and milk. Nothing helped. Try a different powder.

This is a great meal replacement that I use after intense endurance exercises. Many time I need a few hours before I can eat a real meal and Knockout allows me to get the much needed nutrients right after the workouts.
