Doesn't work at all. Used it for dark clothes and jeans, unpleasant smell after washing. Smell is hard to get rid of.

This detergent works really well on dark fabrics — it keeps the colour looking rich and doesn’t leave that faded look after a few washes. The formula feels gentle, so it’s nice for both machine and hand washing, and the clothes come out clean without feeling rough or dry. The scent is mild and not overpowering, which I like. The 750 ml bottle is a decent size for the price, and since you don’t need a huge amount each time, the value for money is pretty good. It’s one of those products that just does what you need: protects dark clothes, cleans well, and keeps everything looking fresh.

This was the third time I've ordered a single bottle from this supplier - glad to be able to get my favourite product for washing coloured clothes (especially dark colours). The bottle comes sealed in a plastic bag and then placed inside a fairly shallow Amazon mailing envelope. This time, when I opened the sealed bag, I noticed some of the laundry detergent had seeped from around the neck/top of the bottle, although the top was screwed on firmly. I suspect the parcel was squashed somewhat in transit. The bottle does not appear to be leaking now. PLEASE DO CONTINUE TO USE A SEALED PLASTIC BAG TO SECURE THE BOTTLE... especially if the cardboard packaging does not protect the bottle from being squeezed/squashed in transit.

It's a UK equivalent of Pervoll. Works on blacks and coloured as well as its European cousin. Smells great. The laundry comes out clean (stains removed), black colour looking darker, as if revived, it's incredibly soft and smelling lovely. I just wish it to come down in price. I wash a lot and this turns out to be very expensive. But I reasoned that dyeing blacks periodically (all this soaking and washing a few times, both laundry and the washing machine afterwards) is much more time consuming and more expensive, considering water and electricity use. So, I am glad it's available and am going to buy it whenever I can.
