Q: Are these drug-free and how are they different from regular ear plugs?

There are no drugs involved. They equalize the pressure in your ears to keep them from popping. regular ear plugs will not do this.

YES!....I've tried both...the flents flight mates are 1000% better. The earplanes are hard plastic cork screws literally jammed into your ear.... The flents are a smooth softer plastic that hugs the entire inside. I had a very difficult time keeping the earplanes in....I was constantly "screwing" them in tighter the whole flight it was awful. But I will say this, in a pinch the corkscrew earplanes do work and they are better than the sinus pressure headaches and inner ear pain that I used to endure without ear plugs so pick your poison I guess. Hope this helps.

Q: Are these re-useable? Or are they disposable one time use ear plugs?

Yes, they are reusable. They are delivered in a little plastic box, so once clean, you should put them back in the box. (I don't pretend to use the same pair of ear plugs beyond three or four travels, -as a precaution to prevent a possible bacterial contamination)

Q: can i use it for baby

I don't think these are child size, but they are very soft compared to others out there. In regards to people saying they are not comfortable, I disagree. Having used EarPlanes for years, I decided to also give these a try because I found EarPlanes to be much harder and after wearing them my ears definitely hurt. Both these and EarPlanes work wonders if you are sensitive to pressure changes. EarPlanes does have children's sizes FYI, but depending on how old your baby is, I'm not sure they would fit.
