I have a back problem and have tried numerous aids in the past. This item is elasticated and can be adjusted to get the best for you. It offers a little support, but the main reason for getting it was the heated relief. It has magnets in the back which is what provides the heat, which means there's no need for charging it or using battery or power banks. The first time I wore it, it didn't get that hot, the 2nd time, and each time after that the heat is really noticeable, so much so that I have had to remove because I was getting too hot, but, I was indoors. This would really benefit someone who is out in the cold a lot. Ive wore it over a thin t-shirt which is more comfortable. This item really is a godsend, if you require heat treatment for pain relief, it's also great value for money compared to heat packs that can only be used once. I wouldn't let someone who is vulnerable use this as it may cause discomfort if they can't remove it themselves.

So my honest opinion once you wear it to do let's say your house chores or your daily errands ,this does help with back pain. the only thing is that wearing it all day or some time it gets a little uncomfortable but this helps with the pain, and it's a good quality belt with reasonable price. Wearing it under the clothes you do feel the heat and it's not comfortable at all so I just wear it over it.

Wow, the heat coming off this thing is INSANE!! Got a medium as wanted it to be tight and it was, I'm a 32 waist if that helps. Not only does it offer support, this thing is glowing hot on me so no need for a hot water bottle. Bargain at 6 quid as well, can't go wrong

When I first got this belt I was very impressed however after I’ve worn it for about 3 weeks not so. The Velcro is poor and every time I bend it ping open. So I’ve had to buy a different product this morning. I like the magnetic effect has this when stops on give a warming relief to pain. But overall not worth the money because had limited time span on use

If you are an extra large forget it. This is way far too small. ( I DIDN'T SAY THE ABOVE AT ALL. I SAID IT WAS DISGUSTING HOW THEY COULD CHARGE OVER £5 FOR THIS RUBBISH ).

It's absolutely brilliant. Just the right amount of support, without being uncomfortable. The heating side of it is awesome! I don't know how it works, but it does feel very pleasantly warm. Would definitely reccomend.

Where has this thing been all my life? - I have no idea what kind of trickery is used to make this work, but trust me when I say “IT WORKS” it takes approx 20-30 mins of wearing it for it to heat up, but once it does, it’s simply amazing. It gets very warm and the heat builds the longer you wear it. I actually had to take it off because it got too hot at one point. The magic bit is I can still feel the warmth and relief from it for hours after taking it off - I don’t know how?!?!? But it keeps working for hours even when not wearing it. I’ve had a life time of issues with an unrepairable crooked spine and severe back pain and this is the best non prescription drug pain relief I’ve ever found. I wear it at work, I wear it at home, I wear it shopping, just for a short time (approx about an hour at a time) when my pain builds and then take it off and it continues to provide relief. It’s SO GOOD that I now take half the amount of prescription painkillers I was taking before I found this. Worth every penny - in fact I am going to be buying a few of them, just to make sure I have replacements as I never want to be without this little miracle again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Buena faja para el día a día si tienes un problemilla lumbar porque además de reforzar la zona da calor a lo largo del día. Tiene una zona que si la humedeces algo da calor aunque únicamente con el roce de la piel ya se genera algo de calor.

Molto soddisfatto del prodotto, è arrivato integro e nei tempi previsti. Il suo funzionamento è garantito, scalda talmente forte da doverla togliere ogni tanto, pertanto, sconsiglio di indossarla durante il sonno, potrebbe scottare!
