A little pricey, but superior product. The meat is incredibly tender, the packaging first rate so there is no danger of defrosting. I've tried other wild game sampler packs and this is by far the best.

Great variety of wild meats!
An interesting selection of meats. They came well packed. Delivered a day later than stated. Wild boar was not very good tasting, but may be the nature of the beast! The other meats were excellent!

This is farm raised "game" meat so very mild flavor and very tender if cooked properly.

I have only tried the bison NY strip so far, but let me say O.M.F.G! Pan seared with sea salt, fresh cracked pepper, basted with oil, butter, and fresh rosemary, finished to a perfect medium rare... orgasmic! Not gamey at all, rivals or surpasses the best grass fed beef I have ever had in my life. Pricey? Yes. Worth it? For special occasions, absolutely.

Delicious!
I buy my bison meat from this company (which I highly recommend!), but wanted to try something different. I have tried wild game meat before and it was...acceptable. But these cuts were amazing! Better than any beef or bison. They're pricey and small compared to other cuts, so I save them for special occassions. But they are highly recommended!

Amazing elk, good packaging
Excellent - packaging was sufficient, arrived frozen, cooked the elk and boar so far and they were both great.

WTH! Package says steaks, must have gotten them off babys.
The flavor is nice, but think they are getting their cuts of meat from calves, way too small to be from adult game, also the meat has almost no texture
