It could be great😢
Despite some critical reviews, I decided to buy one of these. First try was good and synced with Garage Band well. For half an hour all was well but then it stopped working and the amps no longer connected and all I got was unfiltered guitar at half volume. I spent many frustrating hours trying to get it to work again but to no avail. Despite this I decided to return it and buy another in case it was just faulty. Plugged it in and perfect, it worked perfectly fine. Then after half an hour the same problem happened. Trying to get tech support is impossible and their website is in Spanish so not easy for a non speaker. I had to return it as just too frustrating to waste time trying to make it work. Tried it connected to a PC and IPhone and it has same issue on both. If they manage to fix this it would be great.

The machine is actually good and its me to blame.
I bought it on 18 oct 2023.I appologise for my previois 1 star review. Now i've changed it to full 5 stars.The issue with no sound coming out was because the looper was on. I turned it down and my irig works like before....Big thanks to Jason W, technical support supervisor for irig devices at IK muktimedia...

Not worth the price tag
Not worth the price tag, came in the ik box with the security tape but inside it looked like it had been used as the multimedia device wasn’t wrapped in anything as you can see from photos. Very buggy and all the apps that you download from App Store are free but only one amp, the rest are individually overpriced. Will give the Mac download a try but not really expecting much

Flawed beyond words
I got it to work 2 or three times in the several hours I used it. Mostly neither my iPhone nor my MacBook Pro could see it or if it could there was no audio output. When it did work the audio was so quiet it was unusable. Returned and refunded very quickly by Amazon.

Good Product. Excellent value.
I purchased this product at a great price from Amazon Warehouse. It functions perfectly and is easy to set up and use. It includes all the necessary cables.

Missing cables and poor product
Device arrived without the required cables, which were advertised on the box. Further to this, the device struggled to connect to my devices, and kept resetting itself randomly. The headphone output is extremely quiet too. I had to test on 3 different pairs with no improvment.Overall, this is a very disappointing product, and I would avoid. Sent mine back for a refund

Don’t bother
Has a lot of latency and on pc it was a nightmare to make it work with amplitube because you can’t see it on input,very frustrating
