Good lemon flavor
Love the lemon flavor! It’s so hard to find sugar free hard candy. It’s a bit expensive though.

it’s an enjoyable standard lemon-flavored hard candy
I considered removing a star because it’s an underwhelming amount of candies for thirteen dollars. But I don’t think it’s that big a deal tbh.I love sugar free hard candies, personally it’s indistinguishable from “real” sugary candies. These taste nice, the texture is smooth and hasn’t cut my mouth like other hard candies sometimes do. They don’t leave a bad aftertaste which is nice of course. I do wish they were more sour, but I’ve thought that about candy manufactured specifically to be “extremely” sour, so. Just a note for anyone who might be hoping to get a super sour lemon flavor, these aren’t it.As far as my reason to buy them… I used to have NO sweet tooth whatsoever, except occasional indulgence in a cookies and cream chocolate bar… but I just had a baby and for the past year now, my greatest weakness is anything with a sweet taste. I’m using these lemon drops in addition to increasing fresh fruit in the house to try to divert this insatiable sweet tooth. I’d rather re-develop my old addiction to sugar free candies and suffer a bit of abdominal discomfort instead of continuing to battle to get these inches off my waist.

Gives Horrible Gas
I received this candy today. I was happy they were tasty. I had approximately 4 pieces over 2 hours. I have the worst gas now, and have had it for 4 hours. I never have gas. I’m so glad I’m home alone. I definitely won’t be taking any to work with me tomorrow. In fact, I won’t be eating any at all anymore. I have to find a different brand and make sure to read the negative reviews and not just go by the almost 5 star rating.
