The oil will last for up to 8 hours.Simply place a drop or two of your favorite essential oil on the lava stone bead over a paper towel to allow it to absorb. Then you are ready to go and enjoy your oil all day.The kids bracelet is made from white stretch elastic. Inside circumference is approximately 5 1/2 inches.
