Stopped working after 2 seasons battery won't charge

I ordered one for Christmas, it was not used for a few months due to weather and fishing conditions. When we finally were able to test it out it turned on once then went to a blue screen then quit working all together. Went through all the trouble shooting steps in the manual and nothing worked I actually just ended up buying a different camera from a different company.

This product does not work worked for two hours, and after 15 feet underwater. It does not work it fills up with water the camera.
