BUY this one.
I purchased this table in December because I have a bad back. I have not been healthy enough to assemble it until recently. I am by no means mechanically or assembly oriented. The way this product was packaged was OUTSTANDING. All the parts were well labeled and coordinated perfectly with the assembly. I have used it and it works equally well. I does seem if you want to go totally upside down, you would need to remove (temporarily) the safety bar. However, I didn't need to go that far and got a beautiful stretch. It is stable, fits me, (at 6'1" and 260 lbs.) and is very comfortable. A great value. Do not hesitate, buy this one.

straight forward instructions and solid structure! i dont have an issue doing it by myself at all
assembly was easy, i did it just myself so 1 person can do it. solid structure! not as easily foldable (doesnt go flat to where you can like slide it behind something, a bit larger than that) but it does its therapeautic purpose and i can feel the decompression. its also a conversation started and guests have tried it, its quite fun(ny) sometimes!

Seems durable. I’m 6 foot about 220 pounds. I was missing an end cap. Other than that so far, satisfied.

Great Buy
I had a pinched nerve in my back. Did a shot that lasted for a time and expensive. Did a chiropractor and that helped but you can’t stop. This table was very affordable and helps within minutes when needed. Very happy with this purchase.

It works
It works a friend recommended it . Easy to assemble used it for only a minute at a time in the first setting. After a few uses my knee and pain are gone. I’m sure it work for everyone but works for me.

I can’t believe this really works.
I went to my chiropractor and explaned I can lay on my back with my feet hanging over my bed and my back cracks and it takes care of me for weeks. He suggested I buy this and sure enough whenever I need to adjust my back I get on it .OneNote, it’s not a cure all for everyone. I would consult your chiropractor first this unit is very inexpensive. Very easy to assemble and very sturdy.

I felt unsafe while using this
This didn’t feel safe to me. I expect some acclimation but if I don’t feel safe because I don’t trust the steadiness and integrity of the incline.
