Great quality cutter
Beautiful construction and quality. I have been using it for a few months and it never disappoints. Maybe a bit expensive but you are getting a great product so it’s easy to accept the price.

My pasta and pastry fluted cutter
Very well made and substantial weight ensuring it won't break easily. Easy to operate and give a clear crimping impression on lightly cooked lasagna sheets. Costs a good bit more than most of the others but it is well worth it.

Worth the extra bucks.
Reviews from a professional Chef.. Absolutely stunning product. As soon as you take it out of its packaging, you see the quality by just its look.. The feel and ergonomics of the handle is second to none. Good weight and a sharp edged brass roller ensuring a clean cut every time. Clean brass material. Doesnt at all feel like the cheap 10-15gbp pasta cutters. Will survive a lifetime if taken care of properly.

Durable, effective, easy clean and proud to own
Great product. I needed to produce ravioli for 40 people. My old wooden tool had broken. A bit of an extravagance, but don't regret it.

amazing cutter
fantastic cutter - I love the crisp cutting edge, something i have struggled to find in other pasta cutters which often offer more of an impressing than a cutting action . The price was slightly more than other models but I can see why - the quality speaks for itself, well made, good weight and nicely rinished. I would deifnately purchase from tagliapasta again

Es muy buen producto. El cortador al ser desmontable (mango, tornillo y rueda dentada) te permite una fácil limpieza del mismo y lo que es mejor: la rueda dentada la fijas tú al eje, permitiéndote cortes rectos impecables. Bajo mi experiencia, y tras devolver un kit que incluía diferentes moldes y cortadores por el mismo precio de este cortador, sin duda, se prefiere tener una única buena herramienta a tres de juguete. Lo volvería a comprar sin duda. Fabricante serio y con grandes productos. Me llegó en 48h.

Habe es hauptsächlich gekauft, um Ravioli zu machen. Das Rädchen verschließt die Ravioli super, ein zusätzliches verschließen mit einer Gabel o. Ä. war dabei nicht nötig. Das Rad mach insgesamt einen hochwertigen Eindruck, liegt gut und schwer in der Hand. Nudelteig lässt sich gut damit schneiden.

Prodotto assolutamente da avere in casa, per chi è amante della pasta fresca fatta in casa , i ravioli vengono una meraviglia. Semplicemente è prodotto fantastico, grazie Amazon e grazie tagliapasta 🙏
