I add this to my coffee daily
I have this in my coffee virtually every day. Creatine is so good for middle-aged women. Doesn’t just help your muscles, but your brain and mood. It’s a must in my supplement regimen.

A little snobby w/supplements
We use 2 supplement lines in our home - Thorne + Plexus. Both high quality! We love the amino’s and creatine from Thorne!

Terrible taste
I ordered the the amino complex and creatine. The taste of the amino is unbreable, no matter what you use to desolve it, its taste will overpower it. I tried it 4 times and decided to give to a friend who doesn't care for the taste.
