Durable and comfortable running shoe
I've been a loyal fan of Altra Men's Paradigm 6 Road Running Shoes for over two years now, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! These shoes are incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect balance of cushioning and support for my feet during long runs and everyday wear. One of the standout features for me is the wide toe box – I've struggled with discomfort in my pinkie toe with other shoes, but the spacious design of the Paradigm 6s has completely alleviated that issue. It's like my feet finally have room to breathe and move naturally!Even after two years of regular use, these shoes are still in fantastic shape, a testament to their durability and quality craftsmanship. Whether I'm hitting the pavement or just going about my day, I can always rely on my Altra Paradigm 6s to keep my feet happy and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone in search of a reliable, comfortable running shoe!

Quality shoe. Lightweight and comfortable without sacrificing comfort and stability.
So this is going to be an extensive review. I usually wear orthotics due to one foot with a high arch and the other is almost being flat. I walk/run between 60 and 110 miles each week. Most running shoes have a pointed toe box. Not the Paradigm 6. The roomy toe box is extremely comfortable. It's the most comfortable shoe I have ever warn. I put in crazy miles and tend to pronate. This leads to hip pain and eventually knee pain. My maiden Trek with these shoes was 10.6 miles. I felt great afterwards. Normally my feet are after a 10 miler. Not the case. I did not wear any orthotics. I did feel a little hip pain during cool down, so I will be putting high arch orthotics in for next outing. Having two different arches affects the mechanics of the hips and the knees. Moving on to the heel. The sits nicely, almost like it is sitting in a cup. There is superb ankle support. I took the shoe over some rocky terrain and my ankles always felt secure. I don't like lacing my shoes tight. I use a slipper spoon to to get into my shoes. Even so my foot did not shift once.I would recommend these shoes to anyone looking for high performance and light weight without sacrificing comfort and stability. I don't right many reviews, but these shoes are worthy.

very comfortable and holding up very well
I switched over to the paradigm 6 because the altra escalante outer sole shows wear after only a few hundred miles. These are just as comfortable with the zero heel lift and the wide toe box. The outer sole is holding up very well.

Solid shoes
I got them discounted for like $90. Great shoes if you like the zero drop feel. Definitely works your calves more. The sole is nice and plush, but not so much that it’s unstable. My feet are pretty flat and these keep my joints doing alright. I’ve put over 55 miles on them so far and they’re holding up well. My only issue is the tongue isn’t gusseted so it moves to the side on longer runs. Not a big issue but kinda annoying sometimes.

Great fit. So comfortable
These are my 4th or 5th pair. I cannot recommend these more highly. They fit so comfortably. I used to have pain from running shoes that were made to look great and squeezed my toes. I even went to a podiatrist to try and get some relief. These shoes solved that problem.I run daily:2-5 miles per day. These shows last nearly 9 months. They are usable beyond that but for me, the tread wears to the point that traction is iffy in wet weather. I think the wear is no worse than other more uncomfortable shoes I have worn.I decided to get orange this time. Great color.

These are great! Soft yet supportive. Took me maybe a week to get used to the zero drop
My other support shoes are Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23s. These are a great complement to those, slightly less stiff but also way more cushiony. The wide toe box is fantastic and doesn't look ridiculous.I've only had them about a month so I can't comment on durability, hopefully I'll be back to address that when appropriate.

Sole compromising too quickly
Altra Men's Paradigm 6 Road Running Shoe - bought these in May for my husband for Christmas - he has worn them about two weeks and two of the black sole squares (one on each of the inside edges) are coming off. For the price, I don't believe being worn around the house and to do errands (no gym, no running, biking, etc) should compromise the integrity of the sole that fast. Comfort is fine, support is great especially in his toe box.
