Good quality. The provided grip tapes that it comes with is ok. Could be better, but as for the strength trainers themselves, I have nothing to complain about!

I've been using the Hozzen Grip Strength Trainer Set (6-pack: 50-200 lbs) for several weeks and it’s fantastic. The progressive resistance levels let me warm up with the lighter grippers and move up to the heavier ones—a perfect fit for my forearm and grip strength goals. They work good. I honestly think they are weaker then they say they’re but still have good resistance.

Son resistentes y cumplen su función. Creo que recomendaría más la opción que va de 50 a 200 libras. Yo compre el de 100 a 350 libras y, si bien cierro el 100 libras bastante bien, los saltos son grandes y, al menos en mi caso, tengo que subir empezando por negativas.

I picked these up to work on my forearm and grip strength, and it’s a solid kit for the money. You get a range from 50lbs to 200lbs, which is great because you have plenty of room to progress as you get stronger. I actually prefer this over the adjustable type. Working your way up through the different physical units feels like more of an achievement as you get stronger. The grips themselves are heavy-duty metal and feel like they’ll last a long time. Just a heads-up, though: the metal handles are pretty aggressive and "bite" into your hands quite a bit. If you aren't used to it, it can be a bit rough on your palms. Luckily, they include 6 rolls of grip tape in the box. I have not wrapped mine yet, but I feel I may do so. Overall, it's a good, simple set for anyone looking to build strength at home without spending a fortune.

Given the price point, I have no idea if these things are actually 125, 150, 175 lbs like the Captains of Crush. What I do know if they do work and they are rugged and will last you a while all at a much cheaper price point. Good for the economically minded consumer/lifter.

Le maniglie sono di buona fattura e hanno un ottimo grip, anche senza l’uso del taping che arriva a corredo. Consigliato!
