Is this supposed to have a safety seal on the tip? Mine did not and a small amount of product had leaked out.

mine came without a seal and spilled all over the package. I honestly thought it was used so when I got sent a new one I was surprised there wasn’t a seal. I assume there’s not a seal

I am Hispanic with a medium skin tone and the rose romance worked good on my skin tone.

Does this have shimmer? Will it clog pores?

It has a little shimmer. It blends well. It will not clog pores.

Is this blush noncomedogenic?

I do not tend to have a big problem with clogged pores, but I find this blush fairly light. I also wear it over just moisturizer or BB cream, not over any type of foundation makeup.
