Love this rack!
This is my 2nd Warmrails. I bought one many years ago & it worked fine until my clumsy ex husband broke it. ( he somehow found a way to break lots of things) I finally bought another one to replace the one I was using tape to keep together. Still have the other one. Will probably wall mount it in my other bathroom. I even had a cat that loved the Warmrails, he'd pull a warm towel down & sleep on the warm towel! So Warmrails is even cat approved!

Reliable, Dependable and Wonderful!
Purchased my Warmrails a little over two months ago because my husband likes to hang his damp towels over doorknobs and over the shower door where it never dries and smells musty almost immediately. I have had a warmrails towel warmer before, it is over 8 years old and it is on all the time since it uses very little electric. The warm towel makes getting out of the shower such a pleasant and cozy experience. The warmth of the towel just wraps you in comfort! I recommend purchasing a towel warmer to all my friends and many bought them and love them too. Warmrails is one of the best, the price is right, and its an excellent value for the money!

Versatile design
This towel warmer fits my bathroom space well without having to mount it. It keeps towels, washcloths and a small rug warm and dry between uses.It replaces an older model and has sturdier wiring than its predecessor.

Would prefer more heat, but it's better than nothing
2.5 stars. I bought tthis to replace a similar Warmrails towel heater that died after 9 years of almost continuous use. Unfortunately this new version just doesn't heat the towels as well as the old one. I fold my towels in fourths and with the old rack, the outer layers would be very warm, and the inner layers would be HOT, after only a couple of hours. Even though the heat was only concentrated in the areas touching the rails, it still made for a very nice, toasty warm towel in the morning. With this new one, only the first two layers will be warm at best, even after heating all night. Maybe they reduced the heat for safety, since the old one was noticeably more hot to the touch and I had to be careful around it.I considered returning it, but didn't, because (1) it still helps dry towels, especially in my small, humid bathroom; (2) after having a towel warmer, I simply can't go back to cold towels. Even slightly warm is better than nothing; and (3) based on the reviews on other heated towel racks, I see a lot of similar complaints. So I don't think any others will be significantly better. If you're looking for a something better than an unheated towel stand, this one may be fine. If you want almost-as-warm-as-from-the-dryer towels, look for another option.

Not so hot.
We bought one like this before that dried towels much better than this one. We are currently looking for a different solution. Very disappointed. Also we had to bend the stand so that all four feet would touch on the floor. I would not recommend this product.

Not the quality I expected; missing parts
Hmmm? Had another version from Warmrails for many years and loved it. The quality and functionality were great. It finally gave out and we replaced with this one (Heatra Classic). First, the quality has diminished... plastic parts, weight. Second, only three wall mount brackets were included in the pkg - looks like the pkg was opened and they pulled one out ?? Come on, Quality Control! Third, the screws that attach the legs are odd in that they are round with round concave indentations in them. Fingers can only screw them down so far. Nothing will grip the screws to secure the legs tightly. What kind of tool does this take?

Love it!!
I own a warmrails towel warmer already and have been very happy with it. When I had some family come to stay with me during thanksgiving I decided to Buy another one for the guest bathroom. They loved having warm towels and that made me happy! Now I have two! My first one I purchased in 2003 and it still works great! These are towels warmers however and not made to get towels super hot, like some reviews I have read complained about.

Towels are dry and a little warm
We bought two of these, one for our bathroom and one for the guest one. After a week of use we are totally happy. They dry your towels during the day ( or night if you shower in the evening), the warm them just a little . In our humid climate they are perfect. The towel rail is warm to the touch, but not so hot that a child could get burned. We have one standing and mounted the other one to a wall. Either installation was fast and easy.
