I love how the zipper goes all the way down the side so it’s easy to find things. It’s just big enough and not oversized. The handle is long enough to fit on your shoulder so the purse is tucked under your arm. It is very well made, I’ve had my white one for 3 years and there are no marks on it. I have a black/tan one and just ordered the beige. I shouldn’t have to buy any purses for years unless I decide on a different color.

To be clear, this is a bright navy, not a dark navy. It’s going to be perfect! Used it daily for 3 months before writing review. The zipper, the stitching, everything is PERFECT. I'm a mess of a person - also ways breaking and losing things - so I didn't want to spend a fortune on a bag. I did, however, want a classy bag that could conceal and contain my chaos. This was one of the best purchases I ever made.

I ordered the "Cream" color, and I'm in love! It's large enough without being a bottomless pit. This shape will never go out of style. The quality is superb! The leather is thick and scrumptious and smells like it should (like tanned leather, not plastic or chemicals). The handles are smooth. The stitching is even inside and out. The zippers are solid and feel sturdy. The cream color is a tiny bit more beige than I wanted, but it's such a gorgeous handbag that I don't mind it being slightly different than I expected. It's such a neutral shade, anyways! This is the type of purse that would look superb with a silk scarf tied around the handles. It rests well on the shoulder. The only thing I would change is I'd add purse feet because I feel they add class to any handbag--and extend its life--but the purse stands upright and keeps its structure as is, so it's not a big deal. The shipping time was as promised (a little over a week, since it comes from the UK). It was very carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and then properly boxed--no chance it'd crush in transit. It came with a dust bag. I would recommend this item with no hesitation. In fact, I'm considering ordering another two--a black one for my mother, and a red or blue one for me!

This is a quality handbag, well made, leather is beautifully smooth. Size is perfect, not too large, not too small. Shipping took a little while, but was shipped immediately, blame the carriers and customs, just allow time. Happy with this purchase!

I was blown away by this handbag, which I ordered in the cream color.I wanted something clean looking ( I hate gimmicky add-ons), but practical and stylish -- and that's what this is. Its quality and simplicity of style - in my opinion - far exceed almost any handbag I would have been able to buy locally - and at much less cost. The stitching is impeccable and the leather of good quality.It was also shipped very promptly - and - surprise to me - it didn't get held up in Customs or by USPS. (always an "iffy"- especially in the U.S.)Thanks so much for restoring my hope for excellent craftmanship and customer service!

This is my third bag from Primo Sacchi in different colors. I love their bags!

I have two of these bags, they are outstanding quality, very well made, have that lovely leather smell, plenty of room for the spare pair of flat shoes and make up, phone charger spare tights etc. and still the bag looked good and kept its shape and looks far more expensive than it cost. It is classy and elegant and transcended well from day to evening at a wedding. The company were exceptional with their customer service, I can't fault them at all. Thrilled with my two bags (also have one in neutral) as they shades of leather were slightly different the company sent me pics of both to ask which shade I preferred, you cannot ask for better customer service or attention to detail than that. Brilliant product and superb service.
