Melatonin Drops

Very helpful for avoiding night terrors and the spigot of self-doubt. Effectively combats insomnia in combination with a medicine cabinet of more powerful things. Tastes sweet, doesn't smell funny, but that's a given since it doesn't have a nose. Great value for the money because you're not paying for a bunch of toxic adjuvants and fillers. It's easy to use if you know how to unscrew a bottle. If not, the top makes an excellent chew toy. Just ask my dog.

Love that this has no flavor. Great to use with water or straight. It works. Doesn’t make me feel yucky in the morning. Will purchase again.

It’s pretty strong; so, follow the directions carefully. For me, it takes about an hour to work.

I started down the Melatonin path a little over 6 years ago. Since starting I've used several brands & dosages but always stuck with pill form. Knowing what I do today coupled with my success with this liquid certainly would've changed things back in 2019. Upon starting the liquid I clearly realized I had been over-dosing with the pill. I was using between 10 & 12mg for years and am still not convinced I've ever felt drowsy from use of Melatonin. First night on this liquid was an eye-opener (more aptly eye-closer)! I realized I had been doing this all wrong! Now, after several weeks use that's even truer than it was starting out. This Melatonin makes me drowsy a little over an hour after taking. And while it doesn't allow me to sleep overnight (yet), it does so far allow me to only get up once overnight, usually to urinate. Sometimes I'll stay up a little longer, sometimes not. What it definitely does do is make me drowsy, sleep better and longer each and every night with a resulting wake up more rested and more refreshed each morning after use. Can't say it'll do same for everyone, or even anyone really but know what I'll be using from here on!

This is the fastest acting melatonin I’ve ever had. Usually takes 40 min for melatonin gummies that I used to take to sometimes work and I’d have to take like 4 doses. With this melatonin, I’m falling asleep in 10 minutes every single time with just 1 squirt of the tincture. It tastes delicious and not too artificial, just like real vanilla. Hardly any fillers. High quality, tasty, extremely effective!

My grandson is on the spectrum and he doesn't go to sleep until around 1 or 2am. He's very hyper. My son's is a single father in the Philippines, so he gets no sleep. I live on the US so I can't help with that. He is with my grandson 24/7. I sent this to him via Amazon. It works like a charm. He now falls asleep around 8 or 9pm. This is truly a God-send for my son.

I like that the dosing is flexible. The smallest chewables are 1mg. My daughter sometimes needs melatonin but the dosages are too high in most products. Even adults should only use 1mg as a starting doseWe can easily shake this up and drop 1/4 - 1/2 of a mg into my daughter's drink and it's all she needs. We use to help her get her sleep schedule back on track if it's been disrupted.

We bought this for my son to help with sleep with his neurologist’s approval. He complains about the taste but it has helped him get to sleep and sleep through the night.
