LECTIO: The Case for Jesus

It looks like a used book,

I bought the same book and asked for a return because the binding on the bottom was torn and bent (see 2nd pic) A replacement book was sent today and the binding at the top is cracked and bent (see 1st pic). If it’s suppose to be new then why is the binding cracked already
