Disappointing!!! Scam!!!!!
Do not purchase do not bother I’ve been trying to contact support for over a year not only to activate the warranty but bc my key doesn’t work and I cannot fix the keypad, I have very important things in the safe that I can’t get and it’s screwed to the floor and now customer service after telling me to wait it out or call a lock smith that there’s nothing they can do… I could seriously cry

This safe was very easy to put your own pin in. Its very roomy inside I have plenty of room to put what i need in it. I would recommend this safe.
