Absolutely brilliant device
Genuinely the best present i've ever bought for my wife. She is so pleased with it. Super powerful, lightweight, convenient without the cables, brilliant design details and easy clean. Its perfect!

Steer clear
Pointless thing. Cleaning on high, red setting, lasts seconds. Why would you clean carpet on any other setting? Wish I’d never bought it. Dyson was great, drive blue ball, was an absolute monster. Ages to recharge. Makes the job quicker if you don’t mind waiting for it to recharge. Not going to last many years as my drive did. Flimsy rubbish. Don’t do it!

Very bad product from Dyson, never buy Dyson again
I hv a very bad experience with Dyson V12 slim detect. The machine worked well for the 1st few weeks, but after that it had the problem of pulsating - even though I fully charge the battery, and clean all the filters, the machine will NOT start in the first place. I need to keep on pressing the on button many times, and then the machine will work for a few seconds, and then it stops again. This process needs to be repeated several times, and then the machine will work for 10-15 seconds, and then it stops again! I kept on calling Dyson, and they did send replacement (the same model) for me, but the same problem repeats again and again (3 times). Completely lose trust in this model and also the brand!

Never buy a Dyson
Absolute waste of money, it went bust in less than a year. Dyson did not have a replacement filter available and it took a few weeks to book in a collection for technician to address the issue and a few weeks after that to get it fixed. For a third of the price you would get a more durable vacuum cleaner and better customer service

My daughter and my granddaughter both have one and said, mama you would love it! It’s light weight, hangs beautifully on wall holding two of the attachments plus the charger. I love the attachment with the light that shows every speck of dust! This machine has suction power. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Super Saugleistung, großes Zubehörteile für jede Ecke im Haus, v.a. die Winkelverlängerung um unter der Couch zu saugen ist ein Hit! Handlich, ververlässig, leicht zu reinigen!
