Great product at the right price
I fitted this when it arrived. The product works fine and looks stronger than the original, time will tell. Obviously, given that the kit contains a trigger and the screwdrivers, you can imagine that the screwdrivers are not exactly Snap-On quality but they lasted long enough to do the job and this was half the price of some triggers with no tools.Now, the job, again with no criticism of the product... it took me about two hours with the help of YouTube and a lot of swearing. It's straight forward enough if you follow the videos, but it's fiddly and you need to take care with all the steps.All in all, a good product but Dyson don't make life easy, if you fancy 2 hours of swearing to save a £400 vacuum, it's definitely worth a fiver.

Better than the original
Easy to replace, and the trigger is much sturdier than the original. Does what it says on the tin! Tools provided are poor quality but definitely enough to get this replacement job done.

Worked to fix the broken trigger in my dyson
Following some you tube videos it was actually fairly easy to replace the trigger on my dyson, and this replacement fitted perfectly. It was really important to have a long thin torx tool that was included. Dyson say this is not a serviceable part. But it certainly is with this toolkit. Picture shows the part dyson refuse to admit is a weak point.

Needs improvement
As others have said, the trigger seems to be fine but the tool kit is awful. Very soft material and the tip of the cross head screwdriver is chewed up within minutes of use. The tools are also not quite long enough for the job and not particularly sturdy which makes the installation of the trigger difficult. The trigger itself however seems to function well once fitted

absolutely brilliant
this is an excellent kit, for an amazing price. The trigger was broken but with these tools and replacement it could easily be fixed. The screwdrivers are good quality and fit exactly to all screws in the V11.

Works but tools could be a bit better
Trigger replacement fits right and seems to work well. Not too hard to replace once you get the trigger out. The philips screw driver needs a good push down while turning otherwise it skips on the screws. Other than that a great kit for 5 quid

Perfect
I purchased this replacement button for my Dyson vacuum, and I’m very satisfied with the product. One of the biggest advantages is that it comes with four screwdrivers, which made the installation process much easier
