I love the remote to controll temperature and timer. I also love the size. I wish it had a higher temperature but I understand that's for safety reasons.

I am beyond grateful for this heating pad! Packed with awesome features, including a real-time digital control display, generous size, and comforting weight, this heating pad is exactly what I had been looking for. My back and shoulders have been extra sore as of late, and this is the first heating pad I’ve found that is actually large enough to effectively heat the intended area without having to move it around. The heat this provides is also great for relieving menstrual cramps and such. On the digital display, you’ll find the temperature it's set at, and there’s even a timer that can be set for anywhere from 10 to 90 minutes. Plus, there’s an auto shut-off feature, which further enhances my relaxation while using this – accidental naps are a thing. The soft texture and cute pattern are bonuses. I found setting the timer slightly tricky, but that might just be me. In any case, it’s a minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic heating pad that’s easy to use, works right out of the box, and is exceptionally effective. It’s not rechargeable, but that’s also no biggie for me. Recommend.

Takes a bit to heat up but works pretty well:) has some weight to it as well so works as a small heated blanket

Does exactly what it needs to do. Be careful to avoid burns, I would advise to use over clothes or a blanket if you want to use it longer than 15 or 20 minutes on high.

Ordered this in January, and now it is not working AT ALL… it just shows this display and doesn’t get hot. Very disappointed in this, as initially it was amazing.. getting hot extremely fast so I can use it for my chronic pain. I really wanted this to work.Now the seller won't even respond to me and AMAZON can't do anything about it. $$ down the drain!

Got it for my teen.. she loves it! Loves how soft & weighted it is.. it’s like a fleece blanket! Only con she has is the timer but I love that because she falls asleep with it accidentally etc & it’ll cut off so nothing will burn up, overheat etc.. plan on getting one for myself!

This has been the best thing I’ve used for my back pain, and I’ve tried a lot of heat pads for my back. It’s comfortable. It releases just the right amount of heat and the ability to adjust that heat is wonderful.

I bought this as a gift for my teenage daughter. It worked great for about three months, but then it would not turn on or warm up. Very frustrating. It appeared to be good quality and the material is very soft, but this is more than a little disappointing.
