I bought this on the recommendation of a tennis playing friend. I have a meniscus tear and this really gives extra support without cutting off circulation. I am able to play racket sports with minimal pain. Highly recommend.

The sleeves provide excellent support without feeling confined. I also love the pink color. Although I only require one sleeve, I appreciate having a spare.

Purchased as an alternative to having a constant black knee showing while wearing shorts, and it's perfect for that. Looks like I've got a nice tan on that knee, to match the other.Soft and comfortable. Doesn't feel as tight as my old sleeves, but seems to provide just as much support.

Just a heads up. The Sparthos Knee Compression Sleeve was defective when it arrived and Amazon did NOT stand behind their product. There was a 3 - 4 inch runner down the front of one sleeve.

These in xl fit me snug and they stay up. Just the right amount of compression for me. I would buy again.

The item arrived today. I reluctantly ordered XL based on my measurement of 13.5 at the base of my kneecap AND some commentary that suggested they run tight or small. NOTE that your knee will measure a bit differently if you are sitting vs standing. The instructions are to stand while measuring. I have to RETURN the XL (indicated for 13"-15") and get the Large (10.5" - 13") because the XL does not provide support at all. This product appears very well made and comfortable. I'm female with very normal calf and thigh circumferences. Hope this helps. Update : The LARGE arrived. It is actually a bit too tight at the top. I think of my legs as quite standard in size and appearance. I'll try to wet and stretch the top. I would try a different brand next time. But there are 2 per box - so NOW I HAVE 4. I ordered wrong, thinking there was one per box.

I'm very glad to have purchased this article. I went from limping and in a lot of pain to almost no pain and I can walk close to normal. I highly recommend.

The seller was responsive but ultimately not helpful. I was promised a corrected price by an Amazon representative, but no luck. Apparently the guy was mistaken and Amazon would not honor the price promise. Nor would the seller.As for the product, it is the only one I can find that is small enough for my thin legs. I sized down from their measurements, the size they recommended did fit ,but not with enough compression. It seems to be excellent.I have had a very hard time to find a sleeve that is not too big. Cannot speak about durability, I just bought it last week.
