Just got it today and used it once. Bought it when it was 50% off and bought the brand new one. So far works great. Size and hassle free, minimal noise . In 5 minutes I had a fresh cup of almond milk. Love it !!! I hope it stays at least for couple of years.

I buy this couple months ago I was waiting before I submit a review, now I can say that the quality and the functionality is great for the money you spent my wife used every week to make her almond milk is don't over heat and still working great is a great buy is you like use to make your owm milk content .

This product stopped working just after the 90-day warranty expired. It still runs, but after each run, I only get whole bean with hot water. I should have listened to the negative reviews on Amazon and never bought this. Unfortunately, those concerns turned out to be accurate. I have been extremely careful with this machine from day one. I always filled water strictly between the min-max lines and only used it once per day. There was no misuse or overloading whatsoever. For comparison, my previous milk maker from another brand is still working perfectly after 15 years. That really puts the reliability of this product into perspective. Don’t be fooled by the sleek look or modern design—reliability matters much more. I strongly recommend choosing a more dependable brand instead. ~~~~~~~~~ The Mokkom service team contacted me, addressed my concern promptly and offered me replacement/refund. I always wanted a nut/oat milk maker but when they first came out they were too pricey , so I waited . I have been drinking oat milk for a few tears now , but the only brand I could get had so much unnecessary other ingredients besides just oats & water . I tried making nut/oat milk in my blender but it is not a high power blender so didn't work out . Then I got a Amazon gift card for my Birthday & thought I would look for a nut/oat milk maker , I wanted an easy smaller model but with great reviews since I am a newbie , I had this MOKKOM and another brand in my cart comparing them & watching videos of the two , The Mokkom had better reviews so I went with it , and I love it so easy , a bit loud but no louder than my bread maker or blender so I can deal with that . I made oat milk yesterday & follow the booklet & ohhhh my so yummy , I used sprouted rolled oats not instant oats as per lots of the videos stated not to use instant oats . so creamy not watered down like other premade store brands and I could taste a hint of oats which tells me what the H was I really drinking with the store brought oat milk which really had no taste , I used 4 scoops (included) and 2 cups of cold filtered water to one batch and it is so good , creamy and clean up was so easy I used the cleaning option & the brush(included) nice & clean & since the instruction booklet states the blades are sharp I used a towel to dry the insides just a bit & turned upside down to dry further . I love it so far , after I get more experienced, I might look for a bigger model because I use oat milk /nut milks for every thing , iced tea/coffee/chi , drinking straight & in my baking/cooking and cereal .

Bought this about 8 months ago & continue to love how this performs. So happy w/milks w/out emulsifiers or preservatives - just water and whatever you choose to add. The included recipe book along with a cloth & sieve is all you need to get started. I primarily make unsweetened almond milk with just two ingredients - almonds & water. I have made w/vanilla, as the recipe suggests, but have found the less ingredients I put in - the better it tastes to me. I haven’t tried any other nut milk makers so can’t compare to others but this has held up well for my use, looks great and is easy to clean. Also, I do not make hot beverages w/this - it’s a grinder to me and has done a great job in that capacity. As for the noise level, it’s pretty mild - you can hear it but it sounds tame next to my standard model blender. My experience has been very positive and I’d recommend it to others.

The machine is loud. The noise comes on and off, with each lasting up to 22 seconds. It took 23 minutes to make a smooth soy milk. Otherwise, it works. The buttons are near impossible to press.

This is a Mother's Day gift. The hi-speed blender has changed my mom's morning routine. The hi-speed blade is able to create incredibly smooth, creamy soy milk and sesame paste desert that requires no additional straining. This is way different than the traditional methods that leave you with chunky, gritty results. At 20oz capacity, it's perfectly sized for one person portion and can easily placed on the countertop or store in the cabinet without taking lots of space. Another bonus is the self-cleaning cycle makes cleaning effortless (I'd suggest to use hot water though). One tip: make sure the lid is closed tightly before use to avoid spill.

Great machine, good quality, the soymilk it makes is so creamy, smooth and delicious, I am really happy with it, love it, I definitely recommend the product!
