Great upgrade
I’ve waited a long time to upgrade the radio in my 14 Mustang for fear that the new radio would not be as good as the Shaker system the car came with. This head unit hooked up easy with the harnesses provided and the sound quality is better than the unit I took out. The Apple car play works perfectly.

Mostly good
I have a 2012 Mustang convertible V6, and I spent quite a bit of time looking at different Android head units before slecting this one. It is mostly good, particularly for the price. The screen is quite large, and the Android OS is responsive. Climate controls work and the radio sounds good. I mostly got this for Apple Car Play, and that seems to work fine. Overall, it is not a bad choice. On to some particulars, the install instructions, as others have said, are not very good. The vendor would help themselves considerably if they offered more detail. For example, the instructions say there are 3 connectors that connect to the car, but only two fit on mine, and that appears to be all that is needed -- the manual climate controls connector on the car is not connected. The wiring between the panel with manual controls and the head unit is kind of confusing -- you end up wiring things to itself. In fairness, it is pretty hard to explain, and everything appears to only fit in one location.Android can have quite a bit of configuration and customization. This is both good and bad. You do have to configure the head unit for the car and canbus adapter you have -- it is confusing which canbus connector to select and instructions are sparse, so you just guess. Android in general can be a fit fussy about silencing the radio after you use Siri sometimes -- I have this issue on an ATOTO unit in my truck, so this appears to not be manufacturer specific. It is nice to to be able to quickly switch screens and start the radio playing again if it does stop. There are also other launchers you can install and buy and spend a lot of time trying to get things the way you want them. I'm not thrilled with the "out of the box" theme, but it is workable.Tech support is available! I have been in communication with them about getting my unit not displaying temperature, and even though it is not quite resolved, I have had timely responses. On the not so good stuff, the unit is running Andoid 10, not the claimed Android 13. The Fake Device Test app says it is Andoid 10, so this is false advertising to say it is Android 13. I'm a bit sore about that since in comparing with other units I did take the "Android 13" into account. The number of CPUs and RAM appear to be advertised correctly. As others have stated, the panel the head unit is mounted in is very flimsy. There are weak spots at the lower corners of the screen. I was afraid it was going to break when I installed it, but it appears to be just strong enough. The manual controls are mostly just touch buttons with no tactile feedback. Some more expensive units probably are better in this respect, but so far I have found it all serviceable.

Amazing product! I Definitely recommend reading the text below if you are considering purchasing.
The media could not be loaded. I drive a 2013 Mustang premium and I was initially very skeptical about buying this. I didn’t know how the sound quality would be, how the car play would work, and how difficult the install would be.I was looking at purchasing the Dynavin radio system for my Mustang, but with the price coming out at around 900 dollars. I just saw it as unrealistic. When it came down to the install I would say it was easier than I expected it to be. You would definitely need a ratchet set and a pry tool of some sort. I actually followed the instructions of someone on YouTube (I unfortunately do not have the link), which made it much easier to put in. The video did not have the identical product but it got the jist of it down. When you pull the old radio out be sure to save the tiny plastic clips attached to it. There should be six of them. When I was removing the radio, 4 out of the six broke and I had to order some more online (they were relatively cheap, 5$ for 30 or so).I have had the screen in for about 4 months now and it is still holding up great! The one major drawback I have is the use of the A/C. There is no visible way to tell what temperature you are at. The buttons for cool and heat don’t offer any physical feedback, this makes it difficult to gage if you accurately pressed the button or not (I would compare it to touching a computer screen that is turned off).

Major Fitment Issue/Defect
The media could not be loaded. Please read the update as well. TLDR: don't buy this radioI received this head unit today and was excited to install it on my car. I was able to remove the old head unit and wired up the new one. Before I clipped it into the dash I reconnected the battery to test that the display was working and everything was great. The sound came through clear and I was able to get carplay up and running without any hassle. However, after testing the unit I went to clip it in to my dash and it wouldn't fit. I tried for 2+ hours to get this unit to fit into the slot to no avail, even going so far as to remove the tablet from the frame and clipping in just the frame. I'm not sure if it's the clips I'm using, but they were the ones that came with my car so I don't know how that would be an issue, since they worked perfectly fine with the oem radio. For reference, I have a 2010 mustang gt without the shaker stereo, so if you have a similar model I'd steer clear of this head unit. I'm just hoping tech support can somehow resolve this for me, or if the replacement unit i ordered will miraculously fit.UPDATE:After a full week of messaging back and forth with a tech support agent, this radio still will not fit. I tried everything, from ordering a replacement unit, to buying new metal clips, and nothing seems to work. It sucks too because the carplay seemed to work fine, but it's ultimately useless if it won't fit in the car. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS!! Save your time and money and get a different radio.
