Great for caramels and right price
My wife's a chocolatier, and I collect various molds for her. She has some 45-50. This one is great for putting caramels inside and looks like a caramel chocolate piece also. Sturdy, easy to clean and chocolates come out easily if you coat the molds with cocoa butter. You can even use colored cocoa butter. Make sure the mold is warm before putting in the tempered chocolates. See "Making Chocolate for Dummies." Best beginners chocolate-making book

Good for at least a single Valentine’s Day batch
First time making bonbons and they came out better than I expected. One mold had a slight scratch but it didn’t really show on the chocolate so overall I was very pleased. I had a lot of trouble getting out the chocolates and had to bang the mold very often to make the chocolates fall (most eventually did!). I microwave tempered Callebaut chocolates but I’m a total beginner so I know that between the tempering and lack of practice filling molds, it likely made the experience much more difficult. I’ve only used it twice and the second time was more difficult to get the chocolates out so I’m not sure how well it stands against constant use, but again it’s very likely it was due to my inconsistency. Definitely do research on how to make chocolates and use/care for the molds if you’re a beginner like me.

Part of it was broke on the side, but won't affect using it.

Very Flimsy
The mold is plastic and not sturdy at all. It’s easy to use but it seems to have small scratches which comes on the candy. I would not recommend it.

想像通りのお品物でした。 厚みもあり、チョコを作るのが楽しみです。 まだ使用していませんが 箱にはメインで中国語が書いてあります。 レビューにもあった通り、 細い傷が1本、長く走っていて せっかくのチョコモールドですが 恐らくその部分(約3個)は、出来上がりに傷の跡が分かるはずです。 同じメーカーの違うモールドも同時に購入しましたが やはりそちらにも細かい長い傷がありました。 日本製ならハネられる商品のレベルですが、 これを返品しても きっと同じクオリティの物が代替品として 来ると思うので諦めました。

The mold is good , but it’s not polycarbonate. It’s plastic. The chocolate came out nice if you know how to temper it. If you don’t know how, watch YouTube. It’s very important the temperature of the chocolate. Also wipe the mold with alcohol before poor in the chocolate and dry. Overall I am happy with it !
