We originally ordered 2 of the more expensive, high-end e-bikes through another company that worked out great. Our adult daughters wanted their own, so we ordered three of these more affordable option at a third of the cost. We were very impressed on how much lighter, easier, and more comfortable they are. The 500W engine is a lot of fun and easily does 20 mph and its easy to fold down and fit into the trunk of a car.I love the little LED screen and is easily visible in the day or night. The only complaint I have is that they don't come with a head or rear light. I solved that by ordering a set on Amazon for like $15 a set.Shipping was super fast. After we ordered the bikes, we got them in 7 days.Great e-bike! Great price! Worth it!

Update: I’ve been using this bike now for over a month and have put about 100 miles on it. Learning to keep the battery topped off has helped maintain average speed greatly. I’ve managed to squeeze out 25 mph on a full charge (some pedaling involved), and just the other day it managed to complete three full trips with bigger loads in a single day, one of which was up a mountain road. It’s a very capable piece of tech. Worth the money. Wish I could’ve gotten the silver one, but it wasn’t available at the time…You can’t go wrong with this bike. Get it. I’ve seen reviewers say there are cheaper options that are as good, but I can say for sure none of them look as good as this one (especially with aftermarket parts). That kind of thing matters to me, so if it matters to you then this is quite the looker. Especially that silver one…The only thing I want more than anything else for this bike is a cargo rack. Wish it would’ve just come with one, but since it doesn’t I hope Avantrek is able to release their own for purchase.——————————I like pretty much everything about the bike, though it would be nice if I could lock it in its folded position. As is, it’s free to flop around, even with its very nice, very stiff hinges. This is probably an issue with most folding bikes however, so I won’t fault the manufacturer too much. Besides, perhaps I’m just missing something and it does lock. Small gripe regardless.Additionally, I’ve never experienced such dedicated customer service on Amazon. I can’t recommend this bike enough!

This E-bike is super good, the comfort on the seat is amazing, it’s super soft and you can definitely ride a long time, the battery life is very good, I went about 30 miles on a single charge, I was very shocked. I’ve reached about 22 top speed, it tends to slow you down a lot if you go over but it’s definitely worth it for the money! I recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. This is a good beginning to mid end e-bike, I think it is awesome! I got some of my freedom back , I use it for work , I’m a field mechanic, if you can handle city riding? I would recommend it , just stay off of busy streets, top speed about 20, I do between 10-15 , I can put it under in commuter bus , even some buildings, I wish I did this years ago , not in good health and 24+ years has taken its toll on me , I’m 5”8 and love this . Just protect what is yours, I had to put lites and rear rack on it , when I have time I will post pictures and or video soon. I love this so much I will get another for riding locally, with more power to climb hills , but this is great easy and minimal assm. Charge’s in a reasonable time , hard to say how long , to many variables, but all batt. By my house about three hours and I’m 220lb at work because I’m between jobs in NYC mid town , east to west about 3days of batt then I too it off just in case , hard for me to peddle alone , I’m out of shape but I’m getting better, fat tire more resistance, but more fun in my opinion, I’m getting daring now 😂😂💜 I’m looking from a response from dealer I sent my information via , contact seller, I have questions about customize settings, if you can help with that. ? I changed my stars to a one because I got no response from manufacturer, I was looking for replacement part for goose neck my folder handle broke off and that was do to me , but no customer support from my experience at all.!

I have had this bike for almost 2 months, it has been a great purchase, really fun to use and with the motor kicking in while you’re peddling it’s super easy to travel long distances, I ran almost 30mi with the first charge. Now when it was a day before my purchase when the Rear Derailleur broke, and the rear wheel stopped turning. Safe to say I was supper upset, this bike was not cheap so I was pretty disappointed. I contacted customer service and they replied immediately, they sent me an Amazon link with the part I needed to purchase and returned the money for the order. All in all I think no bike will be perfect, but as long as I feel the support from customer service that’s worth the money.
