This is such good stuff, I am not even sure how many things this supplement fixed-- I have come to the conclusion that I clearly must have had some sort of magnesium deficiency .. before starting this I was not sleeping, I would wake up in pain, muscle tension all over, and had these issues since I was 17. (I'm 35 now). I started taking this magnesium almost two years ago. My heart used to feel like it jumped out of my chest or would skip beats-- it would happen so badly that it would jerk me out of sleep light a bolt of lightning, would leave me coughing and gasping for breath. I started the magnesium for others reasons entirely, but those problems just stopped. They've been gone ever since.I wake up ralaxed. I have less anxiety and less agitation (I used to feel very emotionally unstable prior to this, and it felt very out of my control). Now I find it much more easy to remain calm and rational. Even family and friends took notice, & have asked me what's different. I started b12, ending my b12 deficiency and started this magnesium. What a difference these supplements can make when you are lacking them. I don't know if it would make this sort of dramatic difference for someone who isn't magnesium deficient. (Or b12 deficient for that matter). I just can't say. But I even have dreams now & remain asleep throughout most of the entire night. This has had a profound effect for me. Not all vitamins do anything like their claims, but at least I can say this and the b12 have been nothing less than miraculous.The first chance was he muscle tension-- that was noticeable the first morning I woke up after taking it the first night. I felt strangely calm. After being on it for this long it has been transforming. I've taken this magnesium for almost 2 years. I haven't tried any other kind of magnesium because.. this works better than I could ever have imagined. I take 3 at bed time. Hope this helps someone. *i did try the other magnesium malate that was not inside a capsule but was an actual tablet (by the same company source naturals. I had ordered it on accident. I tried it anyways not thinking there would be much of a difference however, they were not as effective, not even close. So I've made sure not to order that other form again and have stuck with these capsules).

Magnesium malate is one of my favorite forms of magnesium for everyday nutrition. I bought these by mistake, not realizing that these are capsules. I usually buy the same brand and form of magnesium as tablets. With the capsules, the cost is about 51 cents per serving/425 mg of elemental magnesium, and you have to take six capsules to get a serving. When you buy the large bottle of 360 tablets, the cost is more like 28 cents per serving with the same amount of elemental magnesium, in just three tablets. If you can swallow the tablets, it's a much better deal for your money. The capsules aren't that much smaller than the tablets but I don't have trouble swallowing either one.These cannot be returned due to "food safety reasons" apparently, even if you don't open the bottle. So I will take them until they are gone and make sure I buy the tablets next time. Read the descriptions carefully before buying!

I bought this because nothing helps with my knee pain, I mean, those Nsaids alone, helps a little tiny bit as compressions socks too. I started this but only 3 pills a day. They did nothing for 3 days. Then I started feeling some relief. I still have knee pain but with this is bearable while taking Nsaids and using compression socks. The bottles says 3-6 daily. I decided to take 6 once but my stomach said “no, ma’am” so Im testing now with 4. So far working. I do have to heck blood work to see my numbers are ok and not exceed the range. I recommend this if you dont have other serious health issue, if your doctor says it fine to take it.

My Dr. recommended this product to help me with trouble sleeping and it has worked so far. Great for my past problems with having a sound sleep.
