It’s very messy but I think that’s just naturally what happens when it’s very high quality. This is also the first creatine I’ve found that is NSF certified and still at a great price. It mixes way better than any other creatine I’ve had. I’m pretty dang white and I never get sunburnt anymore (I work outdoors all day), but maybe that’s just a weird coincidence.

The product was delivered as implied and it seems fresh. I've been buying from Sports Research for a while and does seem to be a quality product. It doesn't bother me at all wrt taste, stomach upset or anything. But, tbh, I have no idea if this works for me. My muscles & tendons are better. But is that do to time & rest days or using Creatine, or maybe both.
