So perfect!!
As someone who wants to major in psychology when i get to college, this is a perfect base/foundation for learning psychology. I’m only a few pages in and already learning so much!! This book is extremely educational and also a very nice size; where it’s not too small and the print size is hard to read, but also not too big and bulky. It’s absolutely perfect and I recommend reading if psychology is something that interests you!

Good reading
The index reveals many of the items I wish to read about. I took several classes in psychology and there are areas that I didn't explore and this author promises a summary of many of these subjects of study.

Great book for anyone wanting to get a basic grasp of psychology.
We homeschool and one of the kids wanted to study psychology this semester. This was a great first book - nothing to complicated or heavy reading. Gives short, clear definitions of various aspects of psychology and lists areas of research after each chapter where a student could look up further information on the topic discussed in the chapter. Very pleased overall!

Great Primer!
The book does a fairly good job of summarizing a multitude of psychological concepts in a reasonably, and easy to digest form. References and sources are also provided to allow the reader to further research on their own. Worth reading if the material is new, and you are interested in the subject.

Very good read
Good book! It was very engaging and easy to read. I bought the book to help me get some psych basics before starting graduate school for my masters in counseling (did not study psych in undergrad) It was great to get some new knowledge and brush up on some material I had learned in the past.
