I have read Rees Howells: Intercessor and appreciated the role he held during prayer for World War II. The hymns recorded in this book can be very insightful to the faith of the Bible College of Wales at that time. We are in the midst of praying for another Great Awakening now and can utilize these examples. There's a great bit of detail to scripture references. I thank the Lord for the effort to publish this.

This is a very interesting hardback on worship and warfare relating to Rees Howells and the Bible College of Wales. The book begins with the back-story of the college and then the history of songs from the Bible. This is most valuable in itself; before it leads into the historical and unique songs, hymns and choruses, many of which are prophetic in nature or are declarations.The book includes many interesting photos and the history behind many of the songs from World War 2. An intriguing and inspiring book for the 21st century.
