This device is perfect to read the old XD cards directly to the photos app of my iPhone. The download speed is a little slower, but that is due to the slow read/write speed of the XD card compared to modern cards. The advantage is that the device will allow you to make use of older cameras without the need of a computer. Really a great innovation.

I had trouble finding a converter that handled memory cards from an old Olympus camera. This product allowed me to upload the photos directly to my phone’s photo album. You can also delete old photos off of the memory card from your phone. The only downside is that it takes some time to load all the photos up, but it’s worth it! Tip: When I first plugged it in, I thought the reader didn’t work. I then flipped the plug in my phone and it worked right away!

I bought an Olympus Stylus 800 recently at a pop-up shop, and didn't realize that it used such an old memory card. Microcenter didn't have a reader that included xD picture cards, so this was perfect. The card fit perfectly, and I can plug it into my phone AND computer since they both have usb-c ports.

i believe this was damaged to some degree because it messed up my SD card. the card didn’t read correctly. none of my pictures are pulling up, now i can’t even add my SD card to my camera because they’re basically gone. it seemed easy to use based on the reviews but i don’t know if it was just mine that was defective.

Works wonder, perfect for my fiji film camera that needs an old Xd card reader. It is very light , thw quality ks very cheap i would say .

My daughter recently went on a trip but didn’t want to be distracted by her phone the whole time so she look my old digital camera. She liked the experience of having an actual camera while out in nature. I was relieved to find this reader so she could download all her pictures dnd memories. She did say the download was slow but it’s an old card and an antiquated process si I wasn’t surprised. Overall very happy with the purchase and price.

I have toughen this product twice now and both times they worked as described and fast, until eventually it out of no where stops working. it does not register any device i plug it into and no sd card i input. the blue light usually turns on to let me know it’s working, but now it does not work at all. i was going to buy a 3rd but i just don’t want the same issue to happen again. now i have spent around $30 on 2 broken adapters. When working, the transfer was very fast and connectivity was easy. it’s just a shame that they break out of no where.
