A cracking little amp!
I have a love for mini guitar amps and this is by far my most favourite, it's louder than the fender mini amps i've tried and has a better tone.It doesn't compare to a proper guitar amp but I wouldn't expect it to, it's perfect for playing on the sofa without annoying the neighbours.

Danelectro Honeytone Review
This is a great little practice amp. It is much louder than I expected it to be and the tone is also pretty good for a small amp. It comes with a leaflet with recommended settings for achieving different types of sound (blues, clean sparkle, etc) which I've enjoyed experimenting with. In addition its a great looking amp too, so I couldn't really fault this product - especially for £30 or so. Brilliant.

Intermittent power
I bought one of these. When I tried it out it sounded pretty good especially on the cleaner tones. However after about 5 minutes use on battery power it developed a problem particularly when the gain was set high. Every time a chord or note was played there was a brief power interruption and the red LED when out momentarily. I notified Amazon who quickly sent a replacement. This did exactly the same thing. I tried it with a 9 volt power supply. No problem. I have since ordered a danelectro power supply for this product but the fact still remains that on battery power there is an issue. Maybe the batteries supplied have lost their charge in storage and can't supply enough power or maybe there is a design fault. Whatever it is, Danelectro need to address it because it is annoying and there may be times when a user does not have access to a mains supply.

Great little amp
Lovely little amp which makes a great sound, goes beautifully with my daughter's electric ukelele. Works well on battery too, it would be great if the manufacturer did an electric adaptor too.

Awful hiss sound
I thought there was something wrong with my new delay pedal which amazon had a good deal on and also a few years old but new . But here is the problem, isolated it from chain. Still hissing like mad. I will have to return. I also have the other amp with the delay and tremolo from Dan which is still working, also a Dan metal II pedal which is cool. So I have to return, probably a dud.
