Within two weeks of purchase, it stopped working. It couldn’t be charged anymore and one control button was not working when I bought it. After charging fully also, it would last only for a week. Water flow is also slow.

Cheap quality. The battery does not last at least 2 days. The suction pipe smelled of plastic and it couldn't unbend so the water dispensing was slow. The charging socket broke down yesterday after being bought on 30 January, and the return window closed on 15 February. I want to return it. I lost my money. guys don't buy . Dear Amazon please return my money or send me a quality product

Only work for weeks then stop working. Even i charged it for sometimes but doesn’t seem to be working anymore.

I don’t have a ton of room for a stand dispenser so this works incredibly well. 5 gallon jug on the cabinet next to my sink. Once it’s charged it can be used in my house for about one and a quarter jugs before needing recharging. Good news it can charge and be in use at the same time it you have a plug in the right spot. I have had zero problems with leaking. Fits with no problem on a five gallon Nestles Pure water jug. Fairly light weight, I guess it could be knocked off. Easy to put together. Love it so much I bought a second one for work. Worth every penny. My first one is about 2 years old, this is my second one for work.

I bought this so I could stop using single-use water bottles and it’s been a game changer. I keep it in my pantry, and dispense the water as needed. It’s easy to use and the water flows out steadily. I fear it’ll be a little bit difficult to clean the tubing, but I haven’t gotten there yet. The battery life is good, it hasn’t died on me yet. It is a little noisy, but not loud enough to bother me and the water dispenses quickly so it’s not loud for very long. Would recommend over single use water bottles!

Good quality & dispenses water well. It fit well on the water activity table. Only complaint is I wish it didn’t have an automatic turn off because I bought it for my grandchildren’s water activity table and prefer a continuous water flow. However, my granddaughter knows how to turn it back on but for convenience I prefer continuous water flow.
