Pacifica CulinariaAged Balsamic Vinegar (Peach)

This stuff is absolutely disgusting. I have purchased other flavored high quality balsamics before. This is thick like Karo syrup. I have never seen flavored vinegar actually make a bottle sticky and tacky, pour like a light syrup or leave a sugary aftertaste. This is likely suited for use in bar drinks, not light salad dressings, etc. Modina? Doubtful. It never occurred to me that it could be like this or I would NEVER have ordered it with a no return policy. Money flushed down a drain unless you want to top off some pancakes, which is doubtful. The peach is more revolting than the pear. Make sure you want a syrup like product before purchasing.

Great to add flavor to different sauces.

Absolutely delicious. I mixed this with a touch of olive oil and drizzled it on a bed of goat cheese and walnuts and it was a huge hit at my party.

I use this on my salads all the time in combination with lemon olive oil. People rave about the salads and ask what the salad dressing is as it livens up the salad . Would recommend this pear vinegar to everyone It is truely delicious ❗️❗️❗️
