Aquabeads Designer Collection Set

My son was first exposed to aqua beads with a small kit I gave him for easter. He really enjoyed them so I bought this as a started kit. He still loves them and it keeps him very busy. The container it comes with is just a throw away plastic container which worked for our needs but when he used up all these I bought him a bigger kit that came with a container that kept everything together. My son is 7.

I got these for my daughter's birthday. She was excited to receive them. The finished product wasn't what we were expecting. They got really sticky and fell apart. We waited days for them to dry without much luck. I wouldn't buy these again.

Aquabeads keep my granddaughter busy for hours and those creative juices overflow. Delivery was fast and the item was as described. Will be ordering more!

My daughter loved making these creations. I just wish it didnt last very long. I would suggest get the set with the tools, then buy knockoff brand beads.

This is a great gift for little girls about 4 years old or older. Two of my granddaughters love making things with the aqua beads.

This was a holiday gift. It was a good value for the money and appears sturdy

I bought this for my son who loves Aquabeads, because this set had more colours than the smaller one he had previously. He was very excited until it was time to pack away. He put the lid on and went to put the tray in his drawer at an angle, but all of the bead slipped into the other trays; totally mixing all the colours!!!My son has Autism so this resulted in a complete meltdown, but honestly it’s annoying to me too. What’s the point of an organiser that doesn’t stay organised? Too flimsy by far.You’re better off buying one of the Aquabead packs with a sturdier organiser (HINT: they have a blue base). I just unluckily chose this one and can’t return it because he already used some beads. Please avoid doing the same!

Daughter (8) happy with this - particularly the key chains included. Mainly bought as she needed a refill of aquabeads, but this gave her a few new templates and ideas too.She was particularly pleased that it contained an automatic dispenser, which can hold several beads not just one.Not all the items pictured in the leaflet have instructions, however -she was disappointed there were no instructions for making a dolphin despite there being a picture of one. She can probably work it out from what is shown.I was disappointed by the plastic bead storage container as it was more flimsy than I expected. We haven't used it and have decanted the beads into our already owned, more robust containers.

The only problem is they get super stuck to the board and you have to ease something under it to get it off. Then scrape the plastic off. But other than that it’s pretty simple for my 4 yr old to do. The bead box is just moulded plastic so I suggest get a plastic box with clip shut that has sections as pinking up little beads of floor after it’s been knocked over a few times is so much fun. 😂

Bought for practise for my sons small motor movements- helps with handwriting issues- great set! could use a few more cards/patterns, but works well and have bought extra patterns and sets!

Parts missing. Gifted for 4 yr old birthday present - spent ages getting the beads out setting up etc to discover loads of parts missing. No rings or key chains, no pen for the beads, no sprayer. Absolutely useless :(
