Easy to install & worked straight out of the box. Just mount correctly in the living area about shoulder height. Programming is easy. Once set, forget about it. Nicely made with LCD Display on a Blue back ground. Background light extinguishes after a few seconds tisane battery. Nice product and very reasonably priced.

Difficult to install without specialised knowledge but once installed works well. Programming is strightforward but you must carefully follow instructions. Works well and is a good value.

Replaced a more expensive device which didn't have a "party" function. Programming takes a bit of work and careful attention to the manual, but once done it all works well. I initially tried to be too clever. I thought I could programme the whole week to one set of times, then just edit a couple of days (Sat and Sun) to be different. But as soon as you programme an individual day, the full week settings seem to vanish. So doing one day and using Copy is the solution.As all my radiators have TRVs, I set the ON/HIGH temperature higher than what is ever likely to be reached or desired (e.g. 30). If you use a "sensible" temperature such as 21-22, then if the room where the thermostat is placed reaches that value, the boiler turns off and the rest of the house freezes.

This is the second one of these thermostats that I've purchased. It does everything you could ask for and is very easy to programme and even to reprogram. The price is excellent, too.

I bought this unit to control a new extractor fan, in my fish room. Very easy to install using a standard two wire connection, the same as a standard on/off switch. Once installed the unit controls the on and off cycle appropriate to the temperature of the room. Would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to control any form of heating or cooling device. Will be getting another for my fish quarantine room.

Very pleased with this intuative controller with large clear display. Multiple programs can be set then overidden or reset with the press of a button. I can't think you would get better or more easier to operate controller and a very reasonable price too.

As good as other programmable Thermostats costing £75. The electronics may not be as smart as the new Honeywells etc, i.e. working out how long the house takes to get to temperature, but sometimes these things can be too smart!Installed for one month now and has performed flawlessly, maintaining temp very accurately.

Good average quality/price. Easy to use.
