These pans are the best! I have been a calphalon girl for decades so I think that is saying something. I had decided some time ago that I was going to get away from the normal teflon non stick by going ceramic. Took a long time to get there but here we are. What I have experienced is that these pans seriously are nonstick and easy to clean with a sponge. For me I like the way they heat up just a bit slower than the calphalon for more even cooking. They are actually diswasher safe which is new to me because I would have never had done that with my last set of pans. The kids did a couple times and ruined the finish on a couple of my calphalon. These look just as they did when I opened the box for the first time... Beautiful. I have always taken great care of my cookware and will continue with these...and run them thru the dishwasher...BONUS! I also ordered the 14" pan and it is the biggest fry pan I have ever had. LOVE THEM!!!

Bought these for Us and I used them and my Wife loves them. Very easy cleanup. Beautiful set. Goes nice with our white appliances. Light but durable. We use No metal tools. They can handle it. But we want them around for a long while. Made very well. No oils needed. Cook and put on your plates. Eggs come right out hardly use my spatula. Very nice. Recommend. We love the dimples.

These are the worst pot and pans i have ever seen. less than year old, they are all peeling off and look terrible

I ordered this set because I did not want the chemicals that are typically used in most nonstick cookware. I am happy with these and have cooked a variety of foods. However, it does stick somewhat when frying. However, overall is easy to clean, look great and I have washed by hand and so far still look brand new. I use the utensils it comes with also. Nice glass lids are included with all.

This set looks good in my kitchen, I will say eggs do not move around as shown on TV. But they do clean easily. The coating will chip if metal utensils are used. Not bad though.

the set is very nice. however the large skillet had a nick on the edge that was deep enough to expose plain metal. this is unacceptable. the pkg was perfect with no advisable damage. the only option was to return the whole set. now i didn’t want to repackage and order a replacement of the entire set, it does weight a bit. i tried to notify amazon and that was their option to replace tho whole set and reorder. i went online and got contact info with gotham steel, and all i got was an AI response with no help. so, the only other option i had was to place individual order the the skillet that was damaged at my expense. i also tried to register the set for warranty the computer came back that it was not a secure website. I had no other way of contacting a live person to help me.

The set was really beautiful, but within the first 3 months, the Finish has chipped and stained, even without going over medium Heat as they recommend. Disappointing given the price point. Update: 6 months in and everything sticks to these Pans. I have contacted customer support and they advised on how to clean to remove "unseen films" but it did not help. I really wanted to love this set.

Can't beat the price, pots and pans will last for years
