Great little device, so easy to use.
I bought this after "borrowing" a connection from a colleague whilst travelling in China. Just made a trip to Saudi Arabia, using my new device, and it was great. Easy set up, seamless connection, small and easy to carry in my travel bag. I could not connect to my customers in-house Wi-Fi, so I simply connected to my own Wi-Fi..!For anyone travelling on business outside of Europe, where roaming is probably already covered by your existing mobile phone contract, this piece of kit is brilliant. It will probably pay for itself after 2 or three trips.Highly recommended.

Cost
I am very happy with product, but find the cost of Wi-Fi expensive We travel a lot in our motorhome and were looking for a reliable affordable internet service. Since writing this review, I am travelling thought France and have paid the top rate for high speed connection and it is very unsatisfactory.

fabuulous
took this little fella to japan and it basically made the whole trip possible. Wi fi everywhere which saved us buying a local sim or paying through the nose for data in a country our provider didn't cover. It's small, fits in your bag easily, lasts the whole day - easy to connect multiple phones. And now I use it int he UK on trains etc where wi fi is terrible - very happy with this.

Depending on the network, dictates your experience
I recently purchased Solis Lite and initially, I was impressed by its features and capabilities. However, my experience was hindered by connectivity issues due to limited coverage in my area.Although the device appeared promising, it could only connect to the O2 network, which unfortunately doesn't offer strong coverage in my location. As a result, I found myself resorting to tethering to my phone to maintain a stable connection. This workaround proved to be inconvenient and defeated the purpose of investing in the product.I have yet to test the device in an area with better O2 coverage, so I cannot speak to its performance under optimal conditions. However, in my current situation, it failed to meet my expectations and left me relying on costly mobile data, especially after purchasing day passes.Additionally, my attempts to seek assistance from tech support were thwarted by the inability to maintain a stable connection long enough to troubleshoot the issue effectively. This further exacerbated my frustration and disappointment with the product. In conclusion, while Solis Lite may be suitable for individuals in areas with robust O2 coverage, it fell short for me due to its inability to connect reliably in my location. I hope to see improvements in future iterations to address these connectivity challenges and provide a more seamless user experience.Pros:Looks goodCons:Limited connectivity to O2 networkInadequate coverage in my areaDifficulty accessing tech support due to unstable connection

Performed well in 7 countries in Europe outside the UK
Used in France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Norway on a 3 week trip. Bought the unlimited European monthly usage plan for an extra £77 which gives you 100gb at high speed and then unlimited at a slower rate, didn't use all the fast data so was plenty for me.It did drop out a few times and needed signing back into but not a real problem and was a godsend to my meagre 2-3 Gb monthly mobile data plan.

Mixed feelings. Works great but the date plans are too expensive.
This is a good product and the wifi signal and connection is strong and solid... I purchased it mainly because it offered 1GB free date each month and for what my usage is (essentially checking emails on a tablet and the odd online purchase) I thought this would be plenty to see me through which is why i opted for product which is far more expensive than market compatibles... But it doesn't half chew through that data and the upgrade data plans are silly expensive! I'm not willing to pay them so it has left me using 4G (the signal is awful) most of the time and hoping it doesn't take ages... and then just switching to the hotspot in situations where it is 100% needed... pretty annoying. My recommendation would be that if you are 100% confident you will use no more than 1GB of data per month then this is a good purchase. Over time the elevated price will pay for itself in free monthly data.... But if you're worried you'll go over the 1GB then buy a cheaper alternative. This works out as overpriced once you factor in the data plans.

Stopped working after two months
I could use only couple of times, then it suddenly stopped working. I can't even charge it.
